  16.    TIFF Tag Viewer (TTV) diplays the most common TIFF headers for examination
  17.    and copies a list to the clipboard to facilitate comparison of two or more 
  18.    files. Copyrighted freeware.

  20. Long Description:
  21.    TIFF Tag Viewer was developed to examine the descriptive header of a TIFF 
  22.    file that fails to load in a viewer and to examine, compare and capture all 
  23.    header information from one source.

  25.    Although primarily intended for binary TIFF files (Group 3, Group 4 
  26.    compression), some color related tags have been included when they overlap 
  27.    (or differentiate a file from) binary file information. The more arcane JPEG, 
  28.    CIEL, and YCbCr tags are not included but are rarely used and so should not 
  29.    impact most uses. The entire 6.0 specification tag list is included for 
  30.    reference in the "About" menu.
